We carry out all aspects of project management right up until completion of construction, including zoning of land for commercial purposes, such as for hotels, etc., marketing the property in the local real estate market, and establishing arrangements with local professionals (architects and construction companies, etc.). In addition, by conducting all aspects of project management ourselves (which extends to making arrangements, where required, for management of properties after the completion of construction) we can provide opportunities for individual investors to participate in investment opportunities in markets that would otherwise be hard for them to approach.
