Greeting

We are very grateful for your interest in the services we provide.

Since the start of our business in December 2002, our Better House Shanghai unit—with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou—has consistently delivered comprehensive solutions in the Chinese real estate market, offering a full line of services that includes buying and selling, leasing agency, investment consulting, property management, market studies, and more.

In October 2007, we changed our name from Better House Holding, Ltd., to Stasia Capital Holding, Ltd., where “Stasia” (short for “Stage Asia”) denotes that we are developing our global investment business from a platform in Asia.

In recent years, the economic mobilization of China’s vast population has engendered a great glut of Chinese money which is now finding its way abroad. And businesses in Japan, and the world over, are taking steps to catch the flow.
Attention, in particular, is focused on China’s nouveaux riches, whose behaviors increasingly influence worldwide investment and consumption trends. It is no exaggeration to suggest that Chinese trends will play a major role in steering the global economy of the 21st century. Asia has become a hub from which economic activity radiates outward.

At the same time, the value of the Japanese yen continues its historic rise to potentially dangerous heights. With a growing number of Japanese beginning to feel uneasy about the exposure of their yen-denominated assets, we are beginning to see increasing use of the strong yen to fund overseas investments. Many Japanese citizens are indeed finding new opportunities to invest abroad.
Our company has developed considerable expertise as a consultant to investors in Chinese real-estate, and we have now broadened our scope to include Malaysian real-estate as well.

In September 2010, we established a Japanese subsidiary: Stasia Capital Japan.
Leveraging the expertise we have developed in consulting on Chinese real estate, we are expanding our property consultancy so that it reaches from China to Japan. By opening offices in Japan, we are able to provide Japanese investors with attractive real-estate investment opportunities, and with timely information and support.

In November 2010, we started another subsidiary, Stasia Capital Singapore Pte. Ltd., to cover property investments in Southeast Asia.
We are now gathering investment information targeting the emerging Asian nations, as we seek new investment opportunities.

We look forward to your continued support and encouragement.

February 2011

Naoki Okumura
